If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, Smokeprawns.com will pay any return shipping costs.

You may return most new, unopened items within one week of delivery for a full refund.

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases, you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes:

• Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5–10 business days)
• Processing time once we receive the return (3–5 business days)
• Bank processing time for the refund (5–10 business days)

If you need to return an item, please contact us either by phone or from the Contact Us page on our website. Be sure to include your order number in the message, and we will email you instructions on how to return the items from your order.
